Hassan Lari Group Appoints Arab Architects as Supervision Consultant for 31-Storey Office Tower in Water Garden City

Hassan Lari Group has appointed Arab Architects as the supervision consultant for its new 31-storey office tower in Water Garden City, marking an important milestone in the project’s transition from design to construction. The agreement, signed between Mr. Ali Lari of Hassan Lari Group and Mr. Mohamed Araiqat of Arab Architects, formalizes Arab Architects’ role in overseeing the construction of the tower, which has been designed by The Modern Architect.

Located along the northern waterfront of Water Garden City, the office tower is envisioned as a contemporary, future-ready workplace overlooking the open sea and the skyline of Manama. With an approximate built-up area of 41,000 sqm, the building will offer flexible office spaces starting from 45 sqm, allowing tenants to scale and configure their premises as their businesses grow. Generous floor plates, efficient cores, and extensive parking provisions are complemented by EV charging facilities and direct access to the wider mixed-use district, including the beachfront, cafés, and restaurants.

The project’s design intent is to create a distinctive yet timeless commercial landmark within Water Garden City. Warm interior finishes, abundant natural light, and carefully considered circulation are planned to foster a welcoming and productive office environment.
