Hassan Lari Group Partners with Regus to Launch Flexible Workspace Centre in Water Garden City

Hassan Lari Group has signed an agreement with Regus, part of the IWG global workspace network, to establish a new flexible workspace centre within its upcoming office tower in Water Garden City, Bahrain. The centre will be one of Regus’ flagship locations in the Kingdom and will support the growing demand for modern, serviced and flexible office solutions among local, regional, and international businesses. The agreement was signed between Mr. Mohamed Lari of Hassan Lari Group and Mr. Aamer Al-Alawi representing IWG.

The new Regus facility, spanning approximately 1,488 sqm, will be housed in Hassan Lari Group’s Grade-A office tower on the northern waterfront of Water Garden City. The tower is designed to offer sea and skyline views, efficient floorplates, and a high standard of architecture and engineering, with amenities such as extensive parking, EV charging, and direct access to the wider mixed-use district, including beachfront promenades, cafés, and restaurants.

Within the building, the Regus centre is planned to offer a mix of private offices, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, and business lounge areas, delivered to Regus’ international standards of service and fit-out. The space will be supported by the operator’s global platform and digital infrastructure, enabling clients to plug into an international network of workspaces while enjoying a premium address in one of Bahrain’s most promising waterfront business destinations. Regus already lists Water Garden City as a forthcoming location in its global network, highlighting the area’s appeal as a well-connected seafront district designed around productivity and modern workplace needs.
